Anton Gormley's 'other place' - 100 statues across a wide, sandy beach between low and high tide levels, has been at Crosby, Merseyside through most of 2006. I understand that each of the statues is cast from Anton himself, so you should be able to recognise him if you bump into him in the local Kentucky Fried Chicken ... except that he's probably going to be wearing clothes in place of barnacles there.
