Square brackets and braces in Tcl

Tcl is unusual amongst the languages we teach in that it's command based not operator based. This means that each
statement starts with a command word which is followed by a number of space separated parameters. Square brackets
and curly braces are used to request that part of a command is performed first (as a subcommand), and are deferred
for possible later performance respectively.
