Everyone who's browsed the web will have received "file not found" messages from time to time; they're pretty much unavoidable in a fast moving world where content is managed by a wide variety of independent content providers, many of whom are new to the data provision business. Such errors are commonly referred to as "404"s, since that's the status code returned to the browser by the web server when it can't work out what the user wants. Astonishingly, our training centre really has a street number of 404 - it's at 404, The Spa - and that's given rise to all sorts of jokes and amusement over the year. "Is that your real number?" people ask. Yes, it is.
