We encourage our trainees to ask us questions that aren't obviously / easily resolved, and we get back to them (typically within 48 hours) with - at the least - a pointer in the right direction. You'll see such questions / answers sequences starting to appear on this forum.

Questions are often asked by email - historically, that's how we've encourages our trainees to ask us for post-course support. Where such a question is of general interest, we'll now be posting the question anonymously under the user name "enquirer" to this board, so that we can make the answer more widely available.
