| Mitchell Waite | Mitchell Waite, president and founder of The Waite Group, has coauthored more than 15 computer titles, with over 750,000 copies now in print. An experienced programmer fluent in ten computer languages, he has also studied nuclear engineering, built biofeedback machines and robots, and written poetry. Mr. Waite has been involved in computers since 1976, when he bought one of the first Apple I computers from Steven Jobs.
